Nick grew up in Chantilly, VA and taught himself drumming and graphic design from an early age. He completed the Culinary Arts program at Northern Virginia Community College while refining his palate serving and bartending at several beer-focused restaurants around Northern Virginia. Before taking the reins of the taproom at Beltway, he ran the draft program at Barrel & Bushel and managed the bar at Mad Fox Brewing Company. Away from the brewery, he enjoys dystopian sci-fi, fighting games, and spending time with his son.
