Born and raised in VA, Elizabeth received her Bachelor's degree in Animal and Poultry Sciences from Virginia Tech. Growing up in a family of "foodies" who also happen to be avid home brewers, she enjoys experimenting with new recipes and tastes with her mother and sister. In addition to working several years as an operations manager in the agriculture and food manufacturing industry, Elizabeth spent 16 years serving her country as an Army officer and in various government roles overseas as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State. Returning to the private sector, Elizabeth enjoys applying a wide range of international experience and military efficiency to her passion in the exciting craft brewing industry.
